Jen Frost

Jen lives an active lifestyle centered around movement, wellness, and adventure. Having lived across the country — from Ohio to California, Hawaii, and now Washington — she has embraced the outdoors wherever life has taken her. Jen loves spending time hiking, biking, and snowboarding, always looking for her next adventure in the mountains or on the trails.

Professionally, Jen is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and Clinic Lead who is deeply passionate about helping others stay healthy and active. She specializes in working with the geriatric population, helping patients maintain strength, mobility, and independence so they can continue living full, vibrant lives.

Outside of work, Jen’s greatest passion is travel. She loves exploring new countries, especially places connected to her ancestry, where she can soak in breathtaking scenery, experience different cultures, and enjoy incredible local food.

Jen is a natural fit as an ambassador for Ride Loud. She enjoys sharing her adventures with the community through the app and values the ability to send trip details to emergency contacts before heading into the mountains.
